- Schützen Sie die Uhr bestmöglich vor Beschädigungen durch Stöße und Aufpralle
- Setzen Sie Ihre Uhr keinen extremen Temperaturen oder Temperaturschwankungen aus
- Vermeiden Sie den direkten Kontakt mit Lösungsmitteln, Reinigern, Parfüms, Insektenschutzmitteln oder sonstigen Chemikalien, da diese verschiedene Teile Ihrer Uhr beschädigen können
- Wenn auf dem Gehäuseboden „WATER RESISTANT“ oder das entsprechende Symbol steht, wurde Ihre Uhr bis zu einer Tiefe von ungefähr 30 Metern auf Wasserdichtigkeit getestet. Dennoch kann die absolute Wasserdichtigkeit auf Dauer nicht garantiert werden. Sie kann durch zu alte Dichtungen, versehentliche Schläge auf die Krone oder das Uhrenglas und sonstige externe Faktoren beeinträchtigt werden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die Wasserdichtigkeit Ihrer Uhr einmal pro Jahr von einem Gucci-Servicecenter überprüfen zu lassen.
- Gold-Uhren sind Kreationen, die jeweils speziell gefertigt werden: jede Uhr ist individuell und einzigartig. Bitte beachten Sie daher, dass die Uhren nicht wasserdicht sind und unter keinen Umständen in Wasser getaucht oder abgespült werden sollten
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Krone stets in die normale Gangposition zurückgedrückt wird, um das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und Staub zu verhindern
- Betätigen Sie Krone oder Chronographendrücker niemals unter Wasser oder wenn Ihre Uhr nass ist, damit kein Wasser in das Gehäuse eindringen kann
- Reinigen Sie Armbänder aus Metall, PVD, Keramik, Kautschuk oder Azetat sowie wasserdichte Gehäuse mit Seifenwasser und einer weichen Bürste. Spülen sie anschließend Schmutz- und Seifenreste mit klarem Wasser ab. Verwenden Sie niemals andere Reinigungsmittel. Wischen Sie alles mit einem weichen Tuch ab.
- Spülen Sie Ihre Uhr nach dem Tragen in salz- oder chlorhaltigem Wasser (Meer oder Schwimmbecken) immer mit lauwarmem Leitungswasser ab
- Es wird empfohlen, alte oder leere Batterien auszutauschen, da sie auslaufen und das Uhrwerk und die Uhrenbestandteile beschädigen können
- Die richtige Pflege von Uhrarmbändern aus Leder, Gewebe oder exotischen Materialien: Derartige Naturprodukte können bei längerer Sonnen- und Feuchtigkeitseinwirkung ihre Farbe und Form ändern. Schützen Sie sie davor. Uhren mit diesen Materialien sollten nicht unter Wasser eingesetzt werden.

Products pre-ordered or made-to-order will be shipped using Premium Express service on the estimated date stated on the product's description page.
Returns are always free, and you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it through either Home Delivery or Collect In-Store. You can do this by selecting "Return this Item" on your MY GUCCI account, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, or you can access it from your MY GUCCI account. Follow the provided instructions to schedule a pickup with the courier.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase in-store.
Exchanges are also available at no cost within 30 days of delivery. To exchange for a different size of the same item, click the link in your order confirmation email or log into MY GUCCI and go to the 'My Orders' section. For other types of exchanges, please contact us or visit a Gucci store.
Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
