• Auf Bestellung hergestellte oder personalisierte Artikel werden als endgültig verkauft erachtet und können nicht zurückgegeben werden. 
• Bitte beachten Sie, dass Badebekleidung, Strumpfhosen, Socken und Unterwäsche nur in neuem Zustand zurückgegeben werden können. Die Artikel müssen in ihrer Originalverpackung, ungetragen und mit allen Etiketten versehen sein. 
• Bei der Rückgabe von Décor Artikeln wie Stühlen oder Artikeln mit Sondermaßen gelten möglicherweise andere Anweisungen. Falls Sie einen solchen Artikel zurückgeben möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte. 
• In einem Gucci Store, Gucci Outlet-Store oder bei einem anderen Einzel- oder Großhändler gekaufte Artikel können nicht an Gucci.com zurückgegeben werden. Diese Artikel können über denselben Kanal wie beim ursprünglichen Kauf zurückgegeben werden.

So tauschen Sie einen Artikel per Versanddienstleister um: 

1. Um Ihren Artikel gegen den gleichen Artikel in einer anderen Größe umzutauschen, folgen Sie dem Link in Ihrer Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail oder melden Sie sich an und gehen Sie zum Abschnitt „Meine Bestellungen“. Für andere Umtauscharten kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass nicht den Bedingungen unserer Rückgaberichtlinie entsprechende Artikel an Sie zurückgesendet werden und keine Erstattung erfolgt. 
8. Sie erhalten eine Bestätigung per E-Mail, sobald Ihre Rücksendung abgeschlossen ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle beim Kauf anfallenden Versandkosten nicht erstattungsfähig sind. 

Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Online-Umtausch nur möglich ist, wenn Sie die Größe Ihres Artikels ändern möchten. Kontaktieren Sie uns gerne für Assistenz bei anderen Arten des Umtausches.
Bei per PayPal bezahlten Bestellungen können Artikel nur gegen Artikel von gleichem oder geringerem Wert umgetauscht werden. Falls Sie einen Artikel gegen einen Artikel von geringerem Wert umtauschen, erhalten Sie eine Teilerstattung über Ihr PayPal-Konto.

Bei einem Umtausch von Artikeln mit einem niedrigeren Wert, für die die Bezahlung per Überweisung erfolgt ist, wird eine Erstattung für die Preisdifferenz veranlasst. Für umgetauschte Artikel mit einem höheren Wert als der ursprüngliche Kaufpreis fordert Gucci eine Differenzzahlung per Kreditkarte an.

How are my body signals monitored?

Advanced sensors on the inner band work together to monitor key body signals. In order to provide the most accurate data and insights, it is recommended to wear the Gucci x Oura ring 24/7 on your index finger with the sensors on the palm side of your hand. Each full battery charge will last up to 7 days and the ring is water resistant up to 100 meters (~330 ft.).

 

What can I track?

The Gucci x Oura ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, temperature, and can predict your period. By analyzing over 20 different body signals such as your sleep patterns, recent activity, heart rate variability, and body temperature, it provides a Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Score. Designed to help discover what works for your body and lifestyle, Readiness gives holistic insight into how well your body is recovering. 

You can find all of your scores inside the free Gucci x Oura app for iOS and Android. In the app, there is a selection of over 50 audio sessions for meditation, sleep, focus, energy boosts, and more. The more you listen, the more the app will identify which sessions work best for you and your body.

 

Will my data remain private?

Your data will be processed by Oura and will be protected according to GDPR requirements and industry-wide best practices, using Spring Security, OAuth2 secure authentication protocol, and data encryption.

 

Should I purchase my usual Gucci ring size?

No, there is a virtual ring sizing tool on the product page you should use to determine your size. The virtual sizing tool will allow you to determine your Gucci x Oura Ring size in multiple ways whether you already own a ring that fits you well, know your Oura Ring size (i.e. have used an Oura product before), need to measure the size of your finger or consult a conversion chart. If you are still unsure about your size, you can visit select stores to try on with a dedicated Client Advisor or contact us for guidance.

 

What is Oura membership and is it included?

Is Klarna safe?

If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Follow Gucci’s return instructions  and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return, you can find this in your confirmation email or by logging into your MY GUCCI account. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as your return has been registered, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.


There’s something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?

You do not need to pay for goods that are received damage, broken or faulty.

I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?

All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.

We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

 NFT est l’abréviation de « non-fungible token » en anglais (jeton non fongible). Chaque jeton représente des droits sur un actif ou un objet de collection numérique unique, tel qu’un avatar, un accessoire, une apparence ou une œuvre d’art numérique. Vous devez disposer d’un portefeuille numérique et de cryptomonnaie ou d’une monnaie numérique pour acheter un jeton. Votre cryptomonnaie est gérée par une technologie spéciale appelée blockchain. Reportez-vous à la question 5 pour savoir comment obtenir votre propre NFT.

An NFT is a non-fungible token, the ownership of which is recorded on a blockchain and which is purchased using a digital wallet. You can think of the blockchain as a digital ledger of transactions that exists online, which ensures that each NFT has only one owner at any given time and keeps a record of the history of a token’s ownership.

Il est important de lire la licence pour comprendre ce que vous pouvez et ne pouvez pas faire légalement avec l’actif numérique et la propriété intellectuelle associée.

Un portefeuille numérique est généralement un logiciel utilisé pour effectuer des transactions avec des cryptomonnaies et des jetons. Vous ne stockez pas réellement de cryptomonnaie ou de NFT dans votre portefeuille. Chaque portefeuille possède un identifiant unique (appelé clé publique). Chaque NFT possède un identifiant de jeton unique. La blockchain enregistre la propriété d’un NFT en associant son identifiant de jeton unique à un identifiant de portefeuille unique et en stockant cette information sur la blockchain. La sécurité de vos actifs dépend de celle de votre clé privée. Il est donc conseillé de la sauvegarder et de ne jamais la partager avec qui que ce soit.

Ouvrez Google Chrome, Firefox ou Brave sur votre ordinateur et installez l’extension de navigateur Metamask.

Ouvrez l’application et sélectionnez « Create Wallet » (Créer un portefeuille).

Créez un nom d’utilisateur et un mot de passe. Important : veillez à enregistrer votre phrase de récupération secrète et à la conserver dans un endroit sûr, car c’est le seul moyen de récupérer votre portefeuille si vous perdez votre appareil ou si vous avez besoin de l’installer sur un autre ordinateur.

 Nous voulons être sûrs que vous soyez le véritable propriétaire de vos NFT, de la même manière que vous êtes le propriétaire d’articles Gucci physiques. C’est pourquoi nous souhaitons que vous ayez votre propre portefeuille et que vous vous sentiez à l’aise pour gérer vos propres NFT.

 La cryptomonnaie est une monnaie numérique ou, plus techniquement, une réserve de valeur qui utilise la sécurité de la blockchain pour enregistrer et sécuriser les transactions en ligne. La cryptomonnaie peut être utilisée pour acheter des biens et des services. Le plus souvent, la cryptomonnaie est utilisée pour acheter des objets numériques uniques tels que des objets de collection numériques, comme des avatars, des accessoires, des apparences ou des œuvres d’art, mais de plus en plus d’entreprises commencent à accepter la cryptomonnaie comme moyen de paiement. Une fois votre achat effectué, vous pourrez accéder à vos fonds via Metamask ou un autre portefeuille numérique compatible pour acheter un NFT. N’oubliez pas que le montant que vous pouvez acheter et vendre est limité en fonction de votre compte et de la plateforme que vous utilisez.

 Ethereum est la blockchain la plus utilisée. Elle nécessite du « gaz » pour fonctionner, ce qui est comparable à des frais de traitement pour chaque transaction. Vous devez avoir suffisamment d’ETH dans votre portefeuille pour couvrir le coût de votre achat et du gaz. Les frais de gaz permettent de traiter votre transaction sur ce réseau et de la stocker sur la blockchain. Les frais de gaz par transaction peuvent varier en fonction de l’offre et de la demande du réseau. Vous pouvez définir une limite comme la quantité maximale de gaz que vous souhaitez utiliser pour une transaction donnée. Si la quantité réelle de gaz nécessaire s’avère inférieure à la limite que vous avez spécifiée, le gaz restant vous sera restitué. En revanche, si votre limite est trop basse, soit votre transaction ne sera pas traitée, soit la transaction échouera et vous risquez de perdre ce gaz. Au moment de l’achat, votre portefeuille peut faciliter le calcul du prix estimé du gaz pour effectuer la transaction.  À la fin des ventes principales, vos NFT sont automatiquement visibles et négociables sur OpenSea, la principale place de marché ouverte pour les NFT, et potentiellement sur d’autres plateformes.

Ce Mint Pass prendra la forme d’un Globe magique numérique, offert par la Maison à Wagmi-san et à leurs communautés respectives. Le Globe magique est un Mint Pass à usage unique qui expirera le 19 mars à 7h55 (heure de Paris).

 L’attribution se déroulera en quatre phases :

 Votre Mint Pass se transformera en un NFT unique et personnalisé, imaginé par Gucci et soigneusement élaboré par Wagmi-san. 

 Pour utiliser votre Mint Pass, vous aurez besoin d’au moins un Mint Pass et un NFT appartenant à l’un des projets NFT énumérés ci-dessous (les « projets NFT »). 

 Votre Mint Pass expirera le 19 mars 2022 à 7h55 (heure de Paris) et ne pourra plus être utilisé après cette date. 

 Vous avez la possibilité de transférer ou de vendre votre Mint Pass pendant la période d’échange, mais il expirera le 19 mars 2022 à 7h55 (heure de Paris) et ne sera plus valide après cette date.

 Vous pouvez utiliser jusqu’à deux Mint Pass pour chaque projet NFT concerné.

 Il existe trois listes d’autorisation : (1) une liste d’autorisation de la communauté Discord 10KTF, (2) une liste d’autorisation de la communauté Discord GUCCI et (3) une liste d’autorisation des projets NFT

 Vous pouvez vous inscrire sur une liste d’autorisation sur 10KTF.com/shop à partir du 9 mars à 18h00 (heure de Paris) jusqu’au 11 mars à 18h00 (heure de Paris).
