A multi-use, un-fragranced balm, Baume Nourrissant Universel nourishes the lips and helps reduce areas of dryness. Designed to soothe the skin in multiple ways, it is created with a caring formula filled with a highly concentrated blend of botanical oils, natural oils, and butter. With its nourishing properties, Shea Butter reduces the overall feeling of dryness, while Jojoba and Castor Oils are natural ingredients that smooth skin and provide an instant sensation of moisture. Meanwhile, the Black Rose Oil, infused with antioxidant benefits, soothes the skin before or after makeup application.

Returns are always free, and you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it through either Home Delivery or Collect In-Store. You can do this by selecting "Return this Item" on your MY GUCCI account, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, or you can access it from your MY GUCCI account. Follow the provided instructions to schedule a pickup with the courier.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase in-store.
Exchanges are also available at no cost within 30 days of delivery. To exchange for a different size of the same item, click the link in your order confirmation email or log into MY GUCCI and go to the 'My Orders' section. For other types of exchanges, please contact us or visit a Gucci store.
