Products pre-ordered or made-to-order will be shipped using Premium Express service on the estimated date stated on the product's description page.
Returns are always free, and you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it through either Home Delivery or Collect In-Store. You can do this by selecting "Return this Item" on your MY GUCCI account, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, or you can access it from your MY GUCCI account. Follow the provided instructions to schedule a pickup with the courier.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase in-store.
Exchanges are also available at no cost within 30 days of delivery. To exchange for a different size of the same item, click the link in your order confirmation email or log into MY GUCCI and go to the 'My Orders' section. For other types of exchanges, please contact us or visit a Gucci store.
Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns for online purchases can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or Contact Us. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY GUCCI account.
Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact. Please note, Made to Order and personalized items are not returnable.
