Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking link or number that you can use to track your package. Alternatively, you can log in to your MY GUCCI account, go to the "My Orders" section, and find the tracking information there.
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you. You can also find it in your MY GUCCI account under "My Orders" If you made a purchase as a guest, you can use the order confirmation email and follow any provided links to access your tracking information.
If your tracking number isn’t working, first ensure that you have entered it correctly and that you are using the correct tracking website (typically provided in your shipping confirmation email). Sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
There could be several reasons why your order hasn't shipped yet:
- Processing Time: Gucci needs some time to process your order before it is shipped.
- Payment Verification: There may be delays if your payment needs additional verification.
- Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock or there’s a delay in restocking, it might delay your order.
- Holidays/Weekends: Orders placed during holidays or weekends might take longer to process.

Once an order is placed, we generally cannot change the shipping address. However, if you realize you made a mistake, contact our Client Services as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to update the address. If the order has already shipped, you may need to contact the courier directly to see if they can redirect the package.
