As soon as your order is ready, we’ll notify you. You or a person of your choice can collect it within 14 days. When you arrive, there's no need to join the line.

Your order will be held in store for 14-days after you are notified it is ready to be collected. After this period, it will be refunded.
To collect your order, you should bring a form of I.D. and a physical or digital copy of the email notification you received confirming that your order is ready.
Yes, you can nominate another person to collect your order. To do so, they will need to present a completed authorization form, a valid form of I.D., and either a digital or physical copy of your I.D. Additionally, they should provide a physical or digital copy of the email notification confirming that your order is ready for collection.
There is no need to book an appointment. You can come to your chosen store any time during opening hours during the 14-day collection period.
During busy periods, you do not need to join the line.
With Find In Store you can check an item’s availability in your preferred store. With Collect In Store, if your item isn’t currently available we will have it delivered for you and you guarantee it will be waiting for you by checking out online.
