A Tribute to Korean Culture
For Gucci Cultural Month, a dedicated exhibition explores the contributions of legendary Korean artists.
The House celebrates Korean art and culture with a new campaign and dedicated photo exhibition delving into the intimate and creative worlds of leading Korean cultural figures, including conceptual artist Kimsooja, filmmaker Park Chan Wook, contemporary dancer Ahn Eun Me, and pianist Cho Seong-Jin. Photographed by Kim Yong Ho, the special images invite viewers to discover deeper insights into the visionaries’ lives and their contributions which have had a lasting influence both in Korea and internationally. Entitled ‘Dual Narratives: Honoring the Visionaries,’ the exhibition is on display at Foundry Seoul from October 22 – 29, 2024.
