  1. Usa un metro a nastro, un filo o un pezzo di carta.
  2. Avvolgilo comodamente sotto l'osso del polso.
  3. Se usi un metro a nastro, annota il numero (cm) che incontra lo 0.
  4. Se usi filo o carta, segna il punto in cui i pezzi si incontrano e misuralo in cm.
  5. Il numero in cm corrisponde alla misura del tuo polso sulla guida alle taglie.
