The carillon minute repeater movement is activated by rotating the bezel which powers three small hammers to strike the notes. The innovative mechanism comprises 340 components, assembled by hand.

Every minute repeater is unique, due to the nature of acoustic sounds.

True to GUCCI 25H's sleek design, the 40mm-diameter case is 9.9mm thin, in white or rose gold. The dial features Roman numerals at the 3, 9, and 12 o'clock positions, and a flying tourbillon at 6.

The Gucci Interlocking collection presents a double complication which features a flying tourbillon and a jumping hour mechanism through an innovative concentric display.

A dynamic complication in high watchmaking, a jumping hour mechanism stores energy over 59 minutes and releases it at the 60th, so that the hour effectively jumps into the next position with a burst of power.

The innovative dial shows the flying tourbillon at its center, while the hour can be read through an aperture in a semi-transparent glass ring, bordered by aventurine glass.

To further emphasize the automatic movement, the oscillating weight crafted in aventurine glass is visible through the dial, adding visual dynamism to the watch.

The 41mm-diameter timepiece is available in three styles, white gold case with blue dial, white gold case with black dial, and rose gold case with black dial.

Two new iterations are set with multicoloured gemstones, with 40mm-diameter white or rose gold case. Twelve gemstones comprise of rubellites, fire opals, garnets, beryl, peridot, tourmaline, and topaz, tanzanite and amethysts, surrounding the dancing hours flying tourbillon.

The tourbillon, GGC.1976.DS, is named after the Orion Nebula NGC 1976, one of the galaxy’s brightest nebulas. It powers the clockwise rotation of the 12 gems, and can be stopped and started with a push of the crown.
