GUCCI GIFT CARD

The Gift Card is issued by Gucci Limited (hereinafter "Gucci"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of England, with registered office in Oakfield house 35 Perrymount road, Haywards heath, West Sussex RH16 3BW.

The Gift Card can be used only in England and in the Gucci boutiques of

 ("Gucci Boutiques").

Only Gift Cards issued in the Gucci Boutiques are subject to these General Conditions of Use.

At the time of purchase, Gift Cards can be loaded with a maximum credit amount equal to the limit on the use of cash as stipulated by current legislation.

 

The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone presenting it in Gucci Boutiques.

 

The Gift Card is valid for 42 months (end of month) from the date of purchase. After expiry, the Gift Card can be renewed for another 42 months by requesting it in a Gucci Boutique and presenting the expired Gift Card.

 

The credit on the Gift Card cannot be converted into cash, nor can it be credited to a credit card or bank account. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

 

The Gift Card can be used once or more for the purchase of any product on sale in Gucci Boutiques. The price of the products purchased using the Gift Card will be deducted from the initial credit from time to time, until it is exhausted. More than one Gift Card may be used for the same purchase, subject to the limitation on the use of cash in accordance with current regulations.

If the Gift Card credit is insufficient to purchase the desired product(s), the missing amount shall be paid with other means of payment accepted by Gucci Boutiques.

 

Gucci is not liable in case of loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Card or unauthorised use of the Gift Card. If lost or stolen, the Gift Card cannot be replaced by Gucci with another of equal value.

 

Gucci reserves the right to reject any altered, damaged or illegible Gift Card without any refund to the customer.
