- Fill shoe with tissue paper to help maintain the shape and absorb humidity, then store in the provided flannel bag and box

A signature will be required upon delivery.
Returns may be made by mail or in store. The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY GUCCI account.
Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact.

採寸方法
正しいサイズに近いシューズをお選びいただくために、下記ガイドラインに従って足のサイズを測定してください:
- この種類のシューズに通常合わせるソックスあるいはタイツを履きます。
- かかとを壁に当て、平らな場所に真っすぐ立ちます。測定の際は必要に応じて、誰かにサポートしてもらいましょう。
- かかとを壁に押し付けた状態で、かかとの端から一番長い指の先端までを測ります。
- 両足を測定したら、長い方の足の長さを基準にします。
