GUCCI GIFT CARD

The Gift Card is issued by Luxury Goods Gulf LLC (hereinafter "Gucci"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of UAE, with registered office in Plaza, Tower 1, Office 2104, PO BOX 115343, Downtown Dubai, Dubai.

The Gift Card can be used only in UAE and in the Gucci boutiques of

 

("Gucci Boutiques").

 

Only Gift Cards issued in the Gucci Boutiques are subject to these General Conditions of Use.

 

The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone presenting it in Gucci Boutiques.

 

The Gift Card is valid for 42 months (end of month) from the date of purchase. After expiry, the Gift Card can be renewed subject to Gucci’s prior approval for another 42 months by requesting it in a Gucci Boutique and presenting the expired Gift Card.

 

The credit on the Gift Card cannot be converted into cash, nor can it be credited to a credit card or bank account. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

 

The Gift Card can be used once or more for the purchase of any product on sale in Gucci Boutiques. The price of the products purchased using the Gift Card will be deducted from the initial credit from time to time, until it is exhausted. More than one Gift Card may be used for the same purchase, subject to the limitation on the use of cash mentioned above.

 

If the Gift Card credit is insufficient to purchase the desired product(s), the missing amount shall be paid with other means of payment accepted by Gucci Boutiques.

 

The use of one or more Gift Cards for the purchase of jewelry and watches will be subject to verification of the identity of the buyer in accordance with the applicable regulations in the UAE and Gucci’s applicable policies by the time the transaction is taking place.

 

Gucci is not liable in case of loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Card or unauthorised use of the Gift Card. If lost or stolen, the Gift Card cannot be replaced by Gucci with another of equal value.

 

You may only use this Gift Card in line with these General Conditions of Use and applicable laws. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations including any foreign exchange controls in respect of the Gift Card in the UAE. We reserve the right to suspend the Gift Card, terminate our agreement and exercise any other remedies available to us due to your failure to comply with any part of this provision. You agree that we have no obligation to monitor, review and evaluate the legality pf your transactions and that such actions shall be your responsibility. We are not liable for any prohibited use or misuse of the Gift Card whatsoever.

 

The Gift Card can only be used if it is in credit and you are solely responsible for ensuring that there are sufficient available funds for an intended transaction.

 

Gucci reserves the right to reject any altered, damaged or illegible Gift Card without any refund to the customer.
