- Les montres en or sont des créations fabriquées à l'unité : chaque pièce est donc authentiquement unique. Notez bien qu'elles ne sont de ce fait pas étanches, et ne doivent en aucun cas être immergées dans l'eau ni rincées
- Assurez-vous que la couronne de votre montre est toujours repoussée en position normale, afin d'éviter que l'humidité ou la poussière ne pénètrent à l'intérieur du boîtier
- Ne manipulez jamais la couronne ni les poussoirs du chronographe lorsque la montre est humide ou lorsqu'elle est immergée, afin d'éviter que l'eau ne pénètre à l'intérieur du boîtier
- Utilisez de l'eau savonneuse et une brosse douce pour nettoyer les bracelets en métal, céramique ou PVD, ainsi que les boîtiers étanches, en caoutchouc ou en acétate. Rincez à l'eau claire pour éliminer les résidus du lavage. N'utilisez jamais d'agents nettoyants. Essuyez avec un chiffon doux
- Rincez toujours votre montre à l'eau tiède après l'avoir utilisée dans un environnement salin ou chloré (eau de mer, piscine)
- Il est recommandé de changer les piles dès qu'elles sont usagées car elles risquent de couler, ce qui peut endommager le mouvement et les composants internes de votre montre
- Pour entretenir les bracelets en cuir, cuir exotique et en tissu : S'agissant de matériaux naturels, évitez toute exposition prolongée de votre bracelet au soleil et à l'humidité, de façon à ne pas altérer sa forme ni sa couleur. Les montres confectionnées dans ces matériaux ne doivent pas être utilisées sous l'eau.

Products pre-ordered or made-to-order will be shipped using Premium Express service on the estimated date stated on the product's description page.
Returns are always free, and you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it through either Home Delivery or Collect In-Store. You can do this by selecting "Return this Item" on your MY GUCCI account, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, or you can access it from your MY GUCCI account. Follow the provided instructions to schedule a pickup with the courier.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase in-store.
Exchanges are also available at no cost within 30 days of delivery. To exchange for a different size of the same item, click the link in your order confirmation email or log into MY GUCCI and go to the 'My Orders' section. For other types of exchanges, please contact us or visit a Gucci store.
Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Info
The Gucci official online store offers complimentary delivery on an all products within Japan. You can even choose your delivery date and receive deliveries on weekends or public holidays (excluding the New Year holiday) and collect your item in store.
Express service (next-day delivery) — Optional service with additional charge Conditions very depending on the delivery destination, so please take note of the following.

Try-at-home Service
Try at home service allows you to try on multiple products or the same product in different sizes in the comfort of your own home.
You may request to try up to 3 items at a time, whose retail price totals to 500,000 yen (tax included).
- Please select the products you wish to try on gucci.com and add them to your "shopping bag". We allow Try & Buy service for up to 500,000 yen (tax included) for 3 products at a time. The product page must display "In stock".
- You will be contacted by email with a summary of the service and shipping details. Once you reply to this email, giving your consent, we will send your items out for delivery. The credit card information will be only used to confirm the credit of the product price. Please be assured that the payment will not occur until the order is confirmed.
- You can enjoy free shipping on your order, which will be delivered to the address associated with your credit card.
