There are two ways to request a return:

• Visit the Order Details section of your MY GUCCI account and select ‘Return this Item’—this will be available as soon as the item has been delivered and will be available for 30 days. 

Before starting, you should pack your item into its original packaging including the cotton tote, any accessories, booklets, labels and the return tag.

Making a Return by Courier: 

1. Print your prepaid shipping label. It will be sent to you by email and available for download from your MY GUCCI account.  
2. Remove the original shipping label and attach the new label. 
3. Schedule your return by contacting the courier by phone or online.

Making a Return In-Store 

1. You may return your item to the stores listed at this link. 
. It should be brought to the store in its original packaging 
2. The Client Advisors in store will be glad to assist you in the return process and you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.  
3. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note, shipping fees for Saturday delivery are non-refundable.

• Please note that intimates, including swimwear, tights, socks and lingerie can only be returned in new condition. Items should be unworn, in their original packaging and with all labels attached. 
• Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us. 
• Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.

How are my body signals monitored?

Advanced sensors on the inner band work together to monitor key body signals. In order to provide the most accurate data and insights, it is recommended to wear the Gucci x Oura ring 24/7 on your index finger with the sensors on the palm side of your hand. Each full battery charge will last up to 7 days and the ring is water resistant up to 100 meters (~330 ft.).

 

What can I track?

The Gucci x Oura ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, temperature, and can predict your period. By analyzing over 20 different body signals such as your sleep patterns, recent activity, heart rate variability, and body temperature, it provides a Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Score. Designed to help discover what works for your body and lifestyle, Readiness gives holistic insight into how well your body is recovering. 

You can find all of your scores inside the free Gucci x Oura app for iOS and Android. In the app, there is a selection of over 50 audio sessions for meditation, sleep, focus, energy boosts, and more. The more you listen, the more the app will identify which sessions work best for you and your body.

 

Will my data remain private?

Your data will be processed by Oura and will be protected according to GDPR requirements and industry-wide best practices, using Spring Security, OAuth2 secure authentication protocol, and data encryption.

 

Should I purchase my usual Gucci ring size?

No, there is a virtual ring sizing tool on the product page you should use to determine your size. The virtual sizing tool will allow you to determine your Gucci x Oura Ring size in multiple ways whether you already own a ring that fits you well, know your Oura Ring size (i.e. have used an Oura product before), need to measure the size of your finger or consult a conversion chart. If you are still unsure about your size, you can visit select stores to try on with a dedicated Client Advisor or contact us for guidance.

 

What is Oura membership and is it included?

The Gucci x Oura Ring includes a lifetime membership and it will continue you as long as you keep the same active Oura account.

 

 

Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.

Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.

Gucci commits to reduce environmental impact and protect biodiversity through minimizing the use of plastic with the choice of more sustainable materials.

Gucci is committed to sustainably source all precious stones and metal used for its products. To mitigate the environmental impact associated with the mining and extraction of virgin raw materials, the House is committed to maximizing the use of recycled precious metals for accessories’ hardware and jewelry by 2025.

All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.

We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

Since the ban of fur in October 2017 (see answer to the F.A.Q. “Does Gucci use real fur?”), the animal-free offering has been increased using sustainable options, including a series of alternatives to leather like Demetra. This material  contains at least 70% of vegetable raw materials and from renewable sources (viscose, wood pulp, bio-based polyurethane) and is produced entirely in a Gucci factory in Italy using the same expertise and processes for tanning that give the material its pliable and resilient performance with a supple finish.. From June 2020, clients can discover all sustainable features of Gucci products on Gucci.com.

Die Blockchain erfasst das Eigentum an einem NFT, indem sie dessen einmalige Token-ID mit einer einmaligen Wallet-ID verknüpft und diese Daten auf der Blockchain speichert. Um einen NFT zu kaufen oder verkaufen, muss der Eigentümer der Wallet einen Private Key (eine Art Passwort) eingeben, um die Transaktion über die Wallet zu autorisieren. Public Keys und Private Keys werden kryptographisch generiert. Bei den meisten digitalen Wallets besitzen Sie die Keys und sind selbst für Ihre eigenen Vermögenswerte (Assets) verantwortlich. Ihre Assets sind nur so sicher wie Ihr Private Key. Sie sollten ihn also sichern und an niemanden weitergeben.

Öffnen Sie Google Chrome, Firefox oder Brave auf Ihrem Computer und installieren Sie die MetaMask Browsererweiterung.

 Wir möchten sicherstellen, dass Sie der wirkliche Eigentümer Ihrer eigenen NFTs sind, so wie Sie auch der Eigentümer physischer Gucci Artikel sind. Darum ist es uns wichtig, dass Sie Ihre eigene Wallet und die volle Kontrolle über Ihre eigenen NFTs haben.

 Eine Kryptowährung ist eine digitale Währung oder, aus technischer Sicht, eine Wertanlage, die mithilfe der Blockchain-Technologie Online-Transaktionen erfasst und sichert. Mit Kryptowährungen können Waren und Dienstleistungen gekauft werden. In erster Linie werden Kryptowährungen dazu verwendet, einzigartige digitale Objekte – zum Beispiel digitale Sammlerstücke wie Avatare, Wearables, Skins oder Kunst – zu kaufen. Mittlerweile akzeptieren auch immer mehr Unternehmen Kryptowährungen als Zahlungsmittel. Eine Kryptowährung kann auf verschiedenen Plattformen mit Fiatgeld (zum Beispiel Dollar) erworben werden. Informieren Sie sich ausführlich und erwägen Sie sorgfältig, welche Kryptowährung Sie erwerben möchten, denn nicht alle Projekte entsprechen den verschiedenen Vorschriften. Bei Gucci Vault wird die Kryptowährung Ethereum (ETH) akzeptiert.

 Sie können ETH über Online-Börsen wie Kraken, Coinbase oder direkt bei MetaMask kaufen. Nachdem Sie Ihren Kauf abgeschlossen haben, können Sie über MetaMask oder eine andere kompatible digitale Wallet auf Ihre Mittel zugreifen, um einen NFT zu kaufen. Denken Sie daran, dass die Beschränkungen für Ihre Käufe und Verkäufe davon abhängen, was für ein Konto Sie haben und welche Plattform Sie nutzen.

 Die am häufigsten verwendete Blockchain ist Ethereum. Für die Nutzung ist „Gas“ erforderlich – das ist so etwas Ähnliches wie eine Bearbeitungsgebühr für jede Transaktion. Sie müssen in Ihrer Wallet ausreichend ETH haben, um den Kaufpreis und die Gasgebühr bezahlen zu können. Durch die Gasgebühr kann Ihre Transaktion in diesem Netzwerk verarbeitet und auf der Blockchain gespeichert werden. Die Gasgebühr pro Transaktion kann je nach Netzwerkangebot und -nachfrage schwanken. Sie können ein Gaslimit festlegen für die maximale Gasmenge, die Sie für eine beliebige Transaktion auszugeben bereit sind. Wenn die tatsächlich benötigte Gasmenge unter dem von Ihnen angegebenen Limit liegt, wird das restliche Gas an Sie zurückgegeben. Wenn Ihr Limit jedoch zu niedrig ist, wird Ihre Transaktion entweder gar nicht verarbeitet oder sie schlägt fehl und Sie verlieren dieses Gas. Wenn Sie einen Kauf tätigen, hilft Ihnen Ihre Wallet beim Berechnen des geschätzten Gaspreises für die Durchführung der Transaktion.  Nachdem die Erstverkäufe abgeschlossen sind, werden Ihre NFTs automatisch auf OpenSea – dem führenden offenen NFT-Marktplatz – und möglicherweise auch auf anderen Plattformen sichtbar und können gehandelt werden.

 Die Nutzung des Internets und auf Blockchain-Technologie basierender Produkte (wie NFTs und Kryptowährungen) ist mit gewissen Risiken verbunden. Dazu zählen insbesondere Risiken im Zusammenhang mit Hardware, Software und Internet-Verbindungen, mit der Einbringung von Schadsoftware und das Risiko, dass Dritte sich durch Betrugs- und Täuschungsversuche unbefugt Zugang zu Ihrer Drittanbieter-Wallet oder Ihren Internet-Accounts verschaffen können.

Gucci hat keinerlei Verfügungsgewalt oder Kontrolle über Blockchains, digitale Wallets, Private Keys für digitale Wallets oder andere Technologien oder Dienste von Dritten, die Sie möglicherweise im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung unserer Dienste verwenden („Drittanbieter-Tools“). Wir sind nicht verantwortlich und haften nicht für etwaige Schäden oder Verluste, die Ihnen in Folge der Nutzung von Drittanbieter-Tools entstehen. Jegliche von uns bereitgestellten Verlinkungen oder Verweise auf Drittanbieter-Tools dienen ausschließlich der Zweckmäßigkeit. Wir befürworten, überwachen, billigen und gewährleisten keine Drittanbieter-Tools und übernehmen keine diesbezüglichen Garantien.  Ein Mint Pass ermöglicht den Inhabern das Minting eines NFT aus der 10KTF x GUCCI Kollektion. Dieser Mint Pass hat die Form eines Digital Magic Globe, den das Haus Wagmi-san und den jeweiligen Communities überreicht hat. Der Magic Globe ist ein Mint Pass zur einmaligen Nutzung und verfällt am 18. März um 23:55 Uhr PT.

 Der Drop erfolgt in vier Schritten:

 Ihr Mint Pass wird zu einem einzigartigen und personalisierten NFT, der von Gucci entworfen und sorgfältig von Wagmi-san angefertigt wurde. 

 Um Ihren Mint Pass einzulösen, benötigen Sie mindestens einen Mint Pass und einen NFT, der zu einem der unten aufgeführten NFT-Projekte (die „NFT-Projekte“) gehört. 

 Ihr Mint Pass verfällt am 18. März 2022, 23:55 Uhr PT. Danach verliert er seine Gültigkeit und kann nicht mehr eingelöst werden. 

 Sie können Ihren Mint Pass während des Einlösezeitraums übertragen oder verkaufen, aber am 18. März 2022 um 23:59 Uhr PT verfällt er und wird ungültig.

 Mit jedem unterstützten NFT-Projekt können bis zu zwei Mint Passes eingelöst werden.

 Es gibt drei Allowlists: (1) eine 10KTF Discord Community Allowlist; (2) eine GUCCI Discord Community Allowlist; und (3) eine NFT-Projekte-Allowlist.

 Vom 9. März, 10:00 Uhr PT, bis 11. März, 10:00 Uhr PT, können Sie sich auf 10KTF.com/shop für die Allowlist bewerben.

 Für eine Allowlist kommen nur einige ausgewählte Personen in Frage:

 Nein. Allowlist-Anmeldungen werden von premint.xyz erfasst. Dabei wird überprüft, ob Sie berechtigt sind, und nach dem Zufallsprinzip festgelegt, welche berechtigten Teilnehmer am 9. März einen Mint Pass erwerben können. Weder GUCCI noch 10KTF haben Einfluss darauf, wer es auf eine Allowlist schafft.

 Insgesamt werden 5.000 Mint Passes herausgegeben:

 Die 1.950 Allowlist-Plätze für PFP-Inhaber werden anteilsmäßig entsprechend der Anzahl der Anmeldungen für jede der elf Listen vergeben. Wenn zum Beispiel 10 % aller Anmeldungen von der Bored Ape Yacht Club Community stammen, bekommt diese Community 195 der insgesamt 1.950 Allowlist-Plätze.

 Nachdem Sie sich registriert haben, können Sie am 10. März auf 10ktf.com/shop nachsehen, ob Sie auf einer der beiden Listen stehen. 

 Für jede registrierte Wallet-Adresse ist höchstens ein Platz auf einer Allowlist vorgesehen. 

 Sobald 3.950 Teilnehmer von premint.xyz für die Allowlist ausgewählt wurden, können die restlichen Bewerber auf die Reserveliste aufgenommen werden. Wenn Sie für die Reserveliste ausgewählt werden, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, am 15. März 2022 nicht beanspruchte Mint Passes zu erwerben.

 Mint-Pass-Inhaber haben die Möglichkeit, ihre Mint Passes zwischen dem 14. und dem 18. März auf sekundären Märkten zu verkaufen oder zu übertragen.

 Der 10KTF Gucci Grail Mint Pass ist ein Mint Pass zur einmaligen Nutzung und bietet abgesehen von einem Zugang zum 10KTF Gucci Grailed NFT keine weiteren Vorteile. Neben dem Besitz eines einmaligen, von Gucci entworfenen und von Wagmi-san gefertigten NFT berechtigt Sie das Eigentum an einem 10KTF Gucci Grailed NFT jedoch unter Umständen auch zur Teilnahme an zukünftigen Drops und/oder Vorteilen, die in Vault und 10KTF Roadmaps enthalten sind.  Ja, Sie haben die Möglichkeit, zu jedem NFT eine handgefertigte Keramikfigur anzufordern. Beim ersten Drop konnten alle, die am 17. Juni 2022 einen Janky NFT in ihrer Wallet hatten, eine Figur anfordern. Die physische Komponente ist beim zweiten NFT-Drop weiterhin optional. 

 Am 1. Februar 2022 wurde der erste NFT-Drop mit Janky zu 1,5 ETH gemintet. Derzeit kann er auf sekundären Marktplätzen wie OpenSea zu unterschiedlichen Preisen erworben werden. Der zweite Drop mit Guggimon erfolgt kostenlos als Airdrop an alle, die einen NFT aus dem ersten SUPERGUCCI Drop erhalten haben. 

 Für den ersten und zweiten Drop wurden jeweils 500 NFTs gemintet.
