Pre-order, Backorder, Made to Order and Monogram items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Express once they become available.
The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received your purchase. You may also return or exchange merchandise in any of our Gucci boutiques when accompanied by the original invoice.

Once your order is placed your credit card will be authorized for $1 for verification purposes. The authorised amount will be released by your credit card’s issuing bank according to its policy. The full transaction value will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorisation, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. - Se l'anello si trova tra due taglie, si consiglia di ordinare quella più grande.
Come determinare la taglia del tuo bracciale
Segui questi passaggi per misurare il tuo polso:
- Usa un metro a nastro, un filo o un pezzo di carta.
- Avvolgilo comodamente sotto l'osso del polso.
- Se usi un metro a nastro, annota il numero (cm) che incontra lo 0.
- Se usi filo o carta, segna il punto in cui i pezzi si incontrano e misuralo in cm.
- Il numero in cm corrisponde alla misura del tuo polso sulla guida alle taglie.
