Pre-order, Backorder, Made to Order and Monogram items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Express once they become available.
The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received your purchase. You may also return or exchange merchandise in any of our Gucci boutiques when accompanied by the original invoice.

Once your order is placed your credit card will be authorized for $1 for verification purposes. The authorised amount will be released by your credit card’s issuing bank according to its policy. Follow these steps to measure your wrist:

- Wrap it comfortably below the wrist bone.
- If using a measuring tape, note the number (cm) that meets the 0.
- If using string or paper, mark where the pieces meet and measure it in cm.
- The number in cm corresponds to your wrist size on the size guide.
