The Gucci official online store offers complimentary delivery on an all products within Japan. You can even choose your delivery date and receive deliveries on weekends or public holidays (excluding the New Year holiday) and collect your item in store.

Try-at-home Service
Try at home service allows you to try on multiple products or the same product in different sizes in the comfort of your own home.
You may request to try up to 3 items at a time, whose retail price totals to 500,000 yen (tax included).
- Please select the products you wish to try on gucci.com and add them to your "shopping bag". We allow Try & Buy service for up to 500,000 yen (tax included) for 3 products at a time. The product page must display "In stock".
- You will be contacted by email with a summary of the service and shipping details. Once you reply to this email, giving your consent, we will send your items out for delivery. The credit card information will be only used to confirm the credit of the product price. Please be assured that the payment will not occur until the order is confirmed.
- You can enjoy free shipping on your order, which will be delivered to the address associated with your credit card.

Conseils pour la prise de mesures
Comment mesurer la bague que vous portez
- Choisissez une bague qui convient parfaitement à la taille de votre doigt.
- Placez la bague au-dessus des cercles ci-dessous. Faites concorder la partie intérieure de votre bague avec le cercle le plus proche de sa taille. La mesure obtenue correspond au diamètre intérieur de la bague.
- Si la bague est entre deux tailles, commandez la plus grande des deux tailles.
Comment choisir votre taille de bracelet
Procédez comme suit pour mesurer votre poignet:
- Munissez-vous d’un mètre ruban, d’un morceau de ficelle ou d’une bande de papier.
- Passez le mètre ruban, le morceau de ficelle ou la bande de papier autour de votre poignet, sans le comprimer, juste en dessous de l’os.
- Si vous utilisez un mètre ruban, notez le nombre (en cm) qui se superpose au 0.
- Si vous utilisez de la ficelle ou du papier, entourez votre poignet et marquez le point d’intersection, puis utilisez une règle pour mesurer l’espace en cm entre l’extrémité du morceau de ficelle ou de papier et le point que vous avez repéré.
- Le nombre en cm correspond à la taille de poignet indiquée sur le guide des tailles.
