TRY-AT-HOME SERVICE
Try up to three items on in the comfort of your own home.
The new service allows you to experiment with different sizes without an in-store visit. Our dedicated Client Advisors will be happy to help you in selecting your sizes.
STEP 1
Select the item you would like to try on from gucci.com and add it to your cart. You can try on up to three items at a time with a maximum value of 500,000 yen per request.
STEP 2
A dedicated Gucci Client Advisor will assist you. No credit charge will be made until you receive and decide which item(s) to keep. Debit cards with credit card function are not accepted.
STEP 3
You will be contacted by email with a summary of the service and shipping details. Once you have replied to this email, giving your consent, we will send your items out for delivery.
STEP 4
Your items are on their way. The products you requested wil be sent to the billing address associated to your credit card free of charge.
