1.2 Purchases made through the Website by customers in Japan are processed by Gucci Division, Kering Japan Limited with registered office at Palacio Tower, 3-6-7 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

2.1 The Services are intended for persons who have reached the age of consent in their country/province or territory of residence or, if they have not reached such age, whose parent or legal guardian agree to the use of the Services.

3.1 You may register for, or subscribe to, or request our Services as available from time to time on the Website. The Services might include, by way of example but without limitation, “Create a Gucci profile”, “My GUCCI Account” and “Book an Appointment”. 3.2 When registering for, or subscribing to or requesting our Services, you must provide accurate information referred to you. In the event of any change in the information you provided upon your registration or subscription or request, you should inform us of any such changes to ensure that you will keep benefitting from the Services. 3.3 If you registered for a Service requiring prior authentication (e.g. My GUCCI Account), you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account attributable to you or by default in protection of your password. 3.4 These Terms of Use, and any posted revision of these Terms of Use, shall remain in full force and effect for the entire duration of your use of the Website or of the Services. 3.5 Without prejudice to other remedies provided by applicable law and under these Terms of Use, in the event you fail to comply with the obligations under these Terms of Use, Gucci will be entitled to cancel your registration or subscription, and/or to block your account and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website and to the Services.

4. Creation of a Gucci Profile

4.1 Gucci wants to provide you with the same unified experience no matter how you interact with us. For this purpose of providing you with the Gucci experience, among the Services available on the Website, you can create a Gucci profile.
4.2 The creation of a Gucci profile will allow you:
(i) to facilitate your purchases. If you create a MyGUCCI Account you will be also able to keep track of the status of your orders and access the information relating to your purchases and, with your consent, to save your payment information securely;
(ii) to benefit from clientelling operations aimed at providing you with a personalized and enhanced shopping experience. This may include individual interaction to propose to you tailored product recommendations, exclusive offers, and invitations to events;
(iii) to benefit from a tailored assistance and customer service when you contact us or we contact you (whether by phone, video chat, text message, chat, social media, etc.), in particular through access by the Gucci teams to your purchase history or previous interactions with Gucci;
(iv) to benefit from a customized and personalized experience. By leveraging the data you provide in your Gucci profile, we aim to offer you a personalized experience and tailored assistance. This may include personalized product recommendations, style advice, and customized offers based on your preferences and purchase history. We may analyze your browsing and purchasing behavior to improve our services and enhance your overall experience. However, we respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations and our ;
(v) with your consent, to receive marketing communications and promotional materials related to our products and services. You have the right to opt-out of these communications at any time by applying the opt-out option that will always be shared with you, as described in our .
4.3 When creating a Gucci profile, you agree to:
(i) provide and keep accurate and complete information about yourself;
(ii) maintain the confidentiality of your profile and your log-in credentials, if applicable; and
(iii) restrict access to others. Once you have asked us to create your Gucci profile, via the Website or any other means, including our customer service, your personal information will be linked to this profile, where we will keep all the information we have on you. The information in your Gucci profile is crucial to provide you with the Gucci personalized and tailored experience, and in some cases is necessary in order to access to some specific services or to purchase from our website, and thus it needs to be kept up to date for the best experience.
4.4 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Gucci profile, whether or not you have authorised those activities.
4.5 Pursuant to article 3.5 above, If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provide impersonates another person, Gucci reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Gucci profile.
4.6 You can delete your Gucci Profile at any time by contacting our privacy team at privacy@gucci.com. For any further information on how to exercise your rights regarding your personal information, please refer to our .

5. Electronic Services
5.1 Certain parts of the Services may need to be provided through electronic communication channels (e.g. e-mail, SMS, phone).
5.2 You agree that we may contact you for Services-related issues by SMS, e-mail or other electronic technology and you acknowledge that, in some jurisdictions, use of the mobile services may result in charges imposed on you by your network provider and that you will be responsible for such charges.

6. Intellectual property rights

9. Authenticity of products branded ”Gucci”
9.1 The products branded ”Gucci” promoted through the Website are made with the finest materials, and they are all MADE IN ITALY, with the only exception of those products related to watches, which are produced in Switzerland, and fragrances, which are produced in France.

10. Exclusion of warranties
10.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WEBSITE, ITS CONTENTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE ON AN ”AS IS” AND ”AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to all acts relating to purchasing, registering, providing information and using services on our online shop website, gucci.com (“Website”), operated by Kering Japan Limited Gucci Division (“Gucci”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the online shop. Use of our online shop implies the full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Product Selection

Leather goods, scarves, ties, sunglasses, fragrances, watches, jewelry, shoes, gloves, hats, children’s products, ready-to-wear. Other categories are as displayed on our online shop. Please visit the Website for more details.

The maximum number of products you may purchase per order is five items and in principle the maximum number of pieces of the same product that may be included in an order is five pieces. The maximum number of products you may purchase may be limited to one item in the case of special products. Please refer to the product pages on our Website for more details.

3. Product Authenticity

Gucci products promoted through the Website are made with the finest materials by skilled artisans. All products are MADE IN ITALY, with the exception of watches, which are made in Switzerland, some men’s suits, which are made in Switzerland, fragrances, which are made in France, and some eyewear products, which are made in Japan.

4. Product Information and Prices

Products prices indicated on the Website:

• All product prices indicated on our online shop include consumption tax.

• Product prices indicated on our online shop may be changed without notice.

• Product sizes indicated on our online shop are rough sizes provided for reference.

• Please note that some product specifications and indications of country of origin shown in photographs and images of products sold on our online shop may differ from actual specifications or country of origin.

5. Ordering

• Products available on our online shop may be ordered via the information page for each product on the Website.

• You will be sent an order confirmation email after clicking “Order” when placing your order on our online shop. A purchase agreement shall come into effect upon receipt of such order confirmation via your mail server.

• As a general rule, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order without our consent once a purchase agreement has come into effect.

• If you pre-order an item you will be sent an order confirmation email once we are ready to send out your order.

• Please contact us at assistance@jp-onlineshopping.gucci.com if you do not receive an order confirmation email within three days of placing your order.

• You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email when we dispatch your order. Payments shall be charged to credit cards upon sending a dispatch confirmation email, unless the order includes made-to-order products, in which case you will be charged when placing your order.

• Please note that orders are subject to stock availability and some products may be pre-order products.

Gucci accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners)

• Credit card payments options include lump-sum, two installments, bonus, or revolving payments as indicated below:

* Diners: lump-sum payment, bonus lump-sum payment, revolving payment

*American Express: lump-sum payment

* Credit card company rules concerning the timing of bonus payments and customer payment terms apply.

• The cardholder’s name must match your name.

• Payments for standard products and pre-ordered products will be charged to your card on the date products are dispatched.

• Please note that credit card companies sometimes contact cardholders directly by telephone to confirm the cardholder used their card to make a purchase.

• We may provide information on members to credit card companies or card issuing companies to prevent unauthorized use.

· As the purchaser, you represent and warrant to have legally obtained the funds used to pay the price of the products included in the order (and the relevant delivery charges, if any) and not to be engaged in any transaction designed to conceal the identity, source or destination of the funds with which you pay the price of the ordered products (and the relevant delivery charges, if any).

Amazon Pay

• Please note that Amazon Pay cannot be used to pay for DIY products or some décor products.

• When paying with Amazon gift card, please note that you are not able to pay all amount with gift card. You need to use the combination of Amazon gift card and the credit card registered for your Amazon Pay account.;

Rakuten Pay

• If you would like to pay with Rakuten Pay, please call Gucci Client Services to place an order, or select bank transfer on the "Payment Method" selection screen when placing your order, and then contact Client Services to tell us that you would like to pay with Rakuten Pay.

*Please note that you cannot use Rakuten Pay to order DIY products and some Décor products.

*If you apply for Rakuten Pay payment after selecting bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive instructions regarding the transfer automatically, but please disregard this email.

• When using Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points or Rakuten Cash, you will earn Rakuten Points worth up to 1.5% of the amount paid.

*You can only earn Rakuten Points by paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points or Rakuten Cash.

If you pay using Rakuten Points, we will deduct the points when you place your order.

*If an ordered item for which you paid using Rakuten Points is canceled or returned, the points used will be usually refunded. Please note, if you use limited-time points and the expiration date expires before the scheduled return date, the points will be invalid and cannot be returned.

• As soon as the product is ready, we will send you an email with a link to proceed to payment.

Please note that we will cancel the order if you don’t complete the procedure within 5 days after receiving the payment link.

• The product will be shipped once payment has been successfully processed.

If you purchase products with different shipping times, please pay for each product separately.

Paypay

•If you would like to pay with PayPay, please call Client Services to place an order, or select bank transfer as the Payment Method when placing your order, and then contact Client Services to tell us that you would like to pay with PayPay.

When paying by PayPay, 0.5% PayPay points of the payment amount will be issued to your PayPay account.

Please note that you cannot use PayPay to order DIY products and some Décor products.

When paying by bank transfer, you will receive instructions regarding the transfer automatically, but please disregard this email.

•As soon as the product is ready, we will send you an email with a link to proceed to payment.

Please note that we will cancel the order if you don’t complete the procedures within 5 days after receiving the payment link.

• Payment for the product will be made at the time of shipment.

If you purchase products with different shipping times, please pay for each product separately.

Merpay

• If you would like to pay with Merpay, please call Client Services to place an order, or select bank transfer on the "Payment Method" selection screen when placing your order, and then contact Client Services to tell us that you would like to pay with Merpay.

*Please note that you cannot use Merpay to order DIY products and some Gucci Décor products.

*If you apply for Merpay payment after selecting bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive instructions regarding the transfer automatically, but please disregard this email.

• As soon as the product is ready, we will send you an email with a link to proceed to payment.

Please note that we will cancel the order if you don’t complete the procedures within 5 days after receiving the payment link.

• The product will be shipped once payment has been successfully processed.

Bank Transfer

• Banking details will be displayed on-screen and included in the order confirmation email if you select bank transfer as your method of payment.

• Please transfer payment within five days of placing your order. Please note that your order will be cancelled if payment cannot be confirmed within five days.

• Transfer charges should be borne by purchasers. Please pay the total amount of your order, besides the transfer charges.

• We will commence dispatch procedures once payment has been confirmed. Please note that dispatch depends on product availability. Installment Service
Installment Service is available for orders of higher than 200,000 yen (including GST). Gucci will bear the service fee.
Payment options are on installments, lump-sum payment by bonus, or two installments by bonus.
Type of Installment service：Two options are available for installment service. “equal Installment service” where monthly payment will be evenly divided, and “bonus-compound installment service” where the payments on the month of bonus payment will be higher than other months. The number of payments can be chosen from once to 24 times. （1, 3, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 times）
Lump-sum payment by bonus & payment by two installments ：The starting month of the payment can be delayed up to 6 months. Bonus payment by two installments can only be paid on the bonus payment months in summer and winter. The payment month: summer: June, July and August winter: December and January

How to proceed：
If you wish to place an order with installment service, please select bank transfer as payment method at the check out, and contact our Client Services and request to use installment service.
You will receive an email to notifiy the bank transfer payment. This email will be sent automatically as the order's payment method is proceeded as bank transfer, but please ignore it.
Once the product is ready for the shipment, we will send you an email with installment service application form It usually takes 1 business day until the examination is completed after application.
If the application is not completed within 5 days from sending the application link, your orders will be cancelled.

7. Shipping and Express Delivery (same-day delivery)

• Standard shipping is free throughout Japan.
• The burden of risk is transferred to users upon delivery of products.
• Items will be delivered to the shipping address specified when placing your order. Please indicate your preferred delivery date and time slot when placing your order. (Delivery time slots: am, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00)
• Unless a delivery date and time have been requested, products will normally be delivered within three to five days (excluding holidays such as consecutive holidays and the year-end and New Year holiday season). Please note, we may require 10 days or more if an item is not currently in stock and pre-ordered items will also require more time. Please visit our Website to confirm the scheduled delivery date.

8. Exchanges

• Products can only be exchanged at our Gucci Ginza / Aoyama / Shinjuku / Roppongi / Namiki / Miyashita Park / Shibuya Parco / Nagoya / Osaka / Kanazawa for products sold at the same price or a higher price. Please contact us in advance if you wish to exchange a product. Please note that products purchased on our online shop may not be exchanged at any other Gucci store (such as Gucci stores located in department stores).

• We will process your exchange request after checking the condition of returned products.

• Please note that we may not be able to honor your request if the condition of a returned product does not meet our exchange requirements.

• Please note that exchange requests are subject to product availability.

• Exchange requests will not be honored:

1) When more than 30 days have passed after the date of delivery

2) When a return or exchange tag attached to a product has been removed or misplaced (only applies to some items)

3) When a product has already been used or there is evidence that it has been worn (creases, kinks, scratches, odors, etc.)

4) When a returned product is missing parts or accessories

9. Returns

• Please contact us by telephoning 0120-99-2177 (toll-free number) or emailing us at assistance@jp-onlineshopping.gucci.com within 30 days of the date of delivery if you wish to return a product you have purchased from our online shop. Products should be returned unused, together with the necessary paperwork. Please note that our Gucci stores (flagship stores, Gucci stores located in department stores) do not accept returns or process refunds.

• Please contact us by telephoning 0120-99-2177 (toll-free number) or emailing us at assistance@jp-onlineshopping.gucci.com if you receive an inferior quality product or a product you have not ordered.

• Return requests will not be honored:

1) When more than 30 days have passed after the date of delivery

10. Try-at-home service

Try-at-home is an online exclusive service that allows you to try on items at home before purchasing them. A Gucci Client Advisor will be available to help you choose the best sizes to try and recommend items for you.

How does it work?
1. Add the items you would like to try at home to your ‘Shopping Bag’—you can use the service for up to 3 items and for a maximum order total of 500,000 yen (tax included). It is possible to order the same item in different sizes to find the best fit for you and shop items marked as online exclusives.

2. After adding products to the "shopping bag", a 9-digit number starting with JPCART will be displayed on the right side of the screen. Please make a note of this number and contact us by phone at 0120-99-2177...

3. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and provide a credit card to place your order. You will not be charged until you have confirmed which items you would like to keep. Once you have returned the remaining items, the authorized hold on your returned products will be released—the amount of time this takes depends on your credit card company and billing cycle. Please note, it is only possible to pay by credit card while using this service and orders can only be sent to the billing address associated to your card.

4. Once you have placed your order with Client Services, we will send you an email summary of your items and shipping details. To proceed with your order, you will need to reply and confirm.

5. Once your order arrives via our complimentary shipping, you will have one week to try on your items. To ensure that you are able to return anything you do not wish to keep, please follow our fitting guidelines. Please note that if the fitting guidelines are not properly followed, the items will not be eligible for returns, they will be charged to the credit card you provided while placing your order.

6. Fitting Guidelines

When trying on clothing, please wear the face cover included with your order.
Do not remove any tags.
Keep in mind that if the products show signs of use (wrinkles, kinks, scratches, stains, odors), they will not be eligible for return.
When trying on shoes, please use a shoehorn and wear the items inside—preferably on a soft floor.
Try on sneakers with the laces tied through the top hole.
Ensure that items are stored safely so as to avoid wrinkles, kinks, scratches, stains, odors or other signs of wear and tear.

Once you have decided which items you would like to keep, fill out the enclosed returns form and send any other products back to us within one week, including the return invoice. Please also contact us to inform a Client Advisor which items you would like to keep and the tracking number for your returns (if applicable). If any items are not returned, they will be charged to the credit card you provided while placing your order.

7. Once we receive your item(s), we will check that it was sent within the return period and all of the items included are eligible. You will only be charged for the items you decided to keep or any not eligible for returns (Check our Fitting Guidelines for more information).

The Try-at-home service is intended to be used to help you find the best fit or styling combinations before you make a purchase—items should only be used for this purpose and should not be moved to another location.
Packaging will not be included when your items are sent to you. When you contact us to confirm your order, you can request for it to be sent to you.
This service may become permanently or temporarily unavailable.

11. In Store Collection Service

At checkout you will be able to select Collect In-Store when choosing your shipping options. The complimentary method is available at by following three easy steps.

1. Add your item to your shopping bag

2. Choose Collect In-Store as your delivery method at checkout

3. Select the store of your choice

Once your order has arrived, we will notify you when it is ready to be collected. You will have 20 days to pass by the boutique to collect your item – an appointment is not required, just inform a Client Advisor once you arrive and they will guide you through the process.

If it is not collected within this period, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

12. Initial Engraving Service

No additional days are needed for monogramming services on small leather goods or handbags. For jewelry and watches, 3-4 additional weeks may be required.

• You cannot request a delivery date and time slot when ordering engraved products.

• Orders for engraved products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled due to absence or refusing to accept delivery. We recommend you check the size of a product before requesting engraving.

• The part of a product on which initials are engraved varies depending on the material and product design. Please note that photographs and images of engravings on products on the Website may differ from the appearance of the actual product.

• Please note that your internet browser and monitor settings could affect the accuracy of images and colors in photographs and images of products and engravings and not exactly match actual products.

• Please note that we require full payment at the time the order is placed and thus cash-on-delivery is not available as a payment option when using our engraving service.

• If you ask to be contacted, we will contact you to confirm the details of your engraving request.

13. Watch Warranties

Gucci watches purchased on our online shop come with a Gucci Timepieces International Warranty Certificate. We offer a two-year inner workings warranty, valid from the date of purchase and a discount on the cost of maintenance repairs to the inner workings of our watches. This international warranty is valid upon presentation of your International Warranty Certificate. The model name or number, serial number, date of purchase, and online shop name are stated on the International Warranty Certificate. The international warranty covers any faults arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover battery replacements, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use, or negligence, or damage to the watch or parts caused by normal wear. 14. Gift Wrapping

All products ordered from our online shop come with complimentary gift wrap.

15. Prohibited Matters
