Returns and exchanges

All products are eligible for free returns and exchanges. At the Gucci official online store, we carry out returns and exchanges free of charge (and we also cover the delivery fees) for products that meet the conditions as described below. We recommend this service to customers who are unsure of their clothing, shoe or jewellery size, or who wish to inspect bags and leather goods before purchase.

Return and exchange conditions:
We may refuse exchanges/returns in any of the following cases.
1) 30 days have passed since delivery (If using a post box, delivery is defined as the date on which the order was delivered to the post box)
2) The exchange/returns tag has been removed or lost (some products only)
3) There are signs that the product has been used or tried on (wrinkles and creases, marks, smells, etc.)
4) Part of the returned product is missing, or an accessory is missing
5) Packaging such as the box, fabric bag or shopping bag is missing
6) Items have been monogrammed or engraved

HOW TO MEASURE

To select the correct shoe size, follow these steps to measure your feet and refer to the foot length column in the sizing guide:


  1. Wear the socks or tights you typically wear with this type of shoe.
  2. Stand straight on a flat surface with your heel against a wall. If needed, have someone assist you with the measurements.
  3. Measure from the base of your heel, keeping it pressed against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe.
  4. Measure both feet and use the length of your longest foot as your reference in the sizing guide.
