In-store packaging features responsibly sourced paper and cardboard.
In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, our shopping bag handles are made from paper, making our shopping bag mono material.
Dust bags and suit carriers are made from recycled cotton.
For Gucci’s online products, we have also introduced specific innovations related to freight packaging:
Outer box, protection fillers and tape in paper from responsibly managed sources;
The outer box is reusable for returns;
The packaging is adaptable and designed to fit as best as possible the product it contains to optimize transport.
All Gucci.com orders come with complimentary gift wrap which includes a signature Gucci gift box tied with a Gucci satin ribbon or gift bag. Gucci gift boxes are only available for products 45 cm x 45 cm x 20 cm and smaller. You also have the option of including a personalized gift message and excluding the price from the order invoice.
To protect your item on its way to you or due to sizing constraints, not all items are compatible with each packaging. While we will do our best to meet your preference, we will send your order to you in the most secure option.
If the option you choose is no longer in stock or is unavailable in the correct size for your item, we will send your order in another packaging option that uses the Gucci signature box.
