Does Gucci go on sale?

Gucci does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales. If you see Gucci items, not from an official Gucci retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

What are Made to Order items?
Made to Order items are custom-made only after an order has been requested. Once an order has been placed, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm your order details and payment. Your item will then be crafted exclusively for you.
 
Made to Order items include furniture from the Décor collection, such as chairs, stools and paneled screens.
 
Please note that once a Made to Order item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. 
 
What are Pre-Order items?

Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. How does my Gucci x Oura Ring work and what can it do?

How are my body signals monitored?

Advanced sensors on the inner band work together to monitor key body signals. In order to provide the most accurate data and insights, it is recommended to wear the Gucci x Oura ring 24/7 on your index finger with the sensors on the palm side of your hand. Each full battery charge will last up to 7 days and the ring is water resistant up to 100 meters (~330 ft.).

 

What can I track?

The Gucci x Oura ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, temperature, and can predict your period. By analyzing over 20 different body signals such as your sleep patterns, recent activity, heart rate variability, and body temperature, it provides a Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Score. Designed to help discover what works for your body and lifestyle, Readiness gives holistic insight into how well your body is recovering. 

You can find all of your scores inside the free Gucci x Oura app for iOS and Android. In the app, there is a selection of over 50 audio sessions for meditation, sleep, focus, energy boosts, and more. The more you listen, the more the app will identify which sessions work best for you and your body.

 

Will my data remain private?

Your data will be processed by Oura and will be protected according to GDPR requirements and industry-wide best practices, using Spring Security, OAuth2 secure authentication protocol, and data encryption.

 

Should I purchase my usual Gucci ring size?

No, there is a virtual ring sizing tool on the product page you should use to determine your size. The virtual sizing tool will allow you to determine your Gucci x Oura Ring size in multiple ways whether you already own a ring that fits you well, know your Oura Ring size (i.e. have used an Oura product before), need to measure the size of your finger or consult a conversion chart. If you are still unsure about your size, you can visit select stores to try on with a dedicated Client Advisor or contact us for guidance.

 

What is Oura membership and is it included?

The Gucci x Oura Ring includes a lifetime membership and it will continue you as long as you keep the same active Oura account.

 

 

Does Gucci Authenticity Tag track my location or my personal information? 
Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.
Where can I find more information about Gucci Authenticity Tag? 
When unboxing your item, you will find a QR code linking to TAG.GUCCI.COM — a dedicated page where you can learn more about how the technology works and much more.
Why is my Gucci Authenticity Tag not working? 
Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.
Can the Gucci Authenticity Tag be added or removed from products?
Gucci Authenticity Tag is a new service available exclusively on selected items from the latest collections that cannot be added or removed from products.

What is Amazon Pay?

How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay

All orders are subject to Gucci’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account. 

Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

 

Will my Gucci.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?

Your Gucci.com order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your Gucci order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.

How can I return an order I placed using Affirm? Will I receive a full refund?

Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

How can I exchange an item I purchased using Affirm?
At this time, Gucci.com cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise purchased using Affirm. What if I want to cancel my order with Gucci and reuse my Affirm loan with Gucci or another company?

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

When will I be charged for my purchase?

For most items (excluding Made to Order and personalized items), you will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.

Made to Order items and personalized items require full payment at the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on Gucci.com, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment.

 Affirm orders are subject to your loan agreement with Affirm. The first monthly payment will be charged 30 days after the shipment date. In some cases, a down payment will be required and will be charged when your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed on Gucci.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. The actual sales tax will be applied at the time of shipment and may vary from the estimated tax. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped. 
 
Gucci collects the Simplified Sellers Use Tax on taxable transactions delivered to Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the Client’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Gucci’s program account number is SSU-R010266493. 
 
 
 
Do you accept or offer Gucci Gift Cards for sale on Gucci.com?

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby shipping center for pickup.

The courier will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and automatically processed as a return. Contact Client Services to cooridinate your delivery.

 
Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us
  • Items purchased from the U.S. Gucci website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you. 
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, nail polish may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing nail polish and décor products will only be shipped within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. 
  • Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.
How do I use the Collect In-Store service?

 At checkout you will be able to select Collect In-Store when choosing your shipping options. The new complementary delivery method is available at select stores by following three easy steps.

  • Add your item to your shopping bag
  • Choose Collect In-Store as your delivery method at checkout
  • Select the store of your choice
 
Once your order has arrived, we will notify you when it is ready to be collected. You will have 14 days to collect your order – an appointment is not required, just inform a Client Advisor once you arrive and they will guide you through the process. If it is not collected within this period, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

 

What do I need to bring with me to the store to pick up my Collect In Store order?

How are Vault items packaged?

Matching the one-of a-kind status of the vintage selection, each product comes in tailor-made packaging specially created to reflect their design. Crafted from a precious and luxurious-feeling fabric, your item will be treasured in special boxes that become true collector items themselves. Following Vault's geometric theme, the outside of the packaging is defined by different shapes and patterns, while the inside is embossed with the identification number of your item and holds an exclusive dust bag. Please note, items can only be refunded if sent with the original receipt or invoice, in their original packaging, with labels attached and in the same condition that you received them in. 

 
All other Vault products, such as Continuum capsule and designers’ brands will be delivered inside the Gucci standard green packaging, innovatively created to be completely recyclable and encased in a reusable Gucci cotton canvas shopper.

How can I return a product I purchased online?

SELF SERVICE ONLINE RETURN

Return using our self-service portal following these steps:

1. Start the return process by:

  • Clicking here,
  • Selecting “Return Item(s)” from your MY GUCCI account under My Orders, or
  • Clicking ‘Return’ through your delivery confirmation email.

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts to process your return.

3. Once the return has been submitted, a confirmation will be emailed with a QR code and a prepaid shipping label attached.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is not possible to return or request a refund for international purchases. However, you can exchange items with proof of purchase, as long as they meet all requirements. The exchange will be based on the current local price: if there is a difference in price due to local tax rates, you will need to pay the difference. Returns 

Eligible returns of products purchased on Gucci.com may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, from the date of delivery to the Gucci return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Gucci store in the United States (excluding Gucci outlet stores).  Please note, corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Gucci.com.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise - including Gucci Beauty - that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie and swimwear products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact. 
  • Beauty products may only be returned if unopened within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached.  Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
  • Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
  • Made to Order, DIY and personalized items and lingerie products are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.
  • Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for online purchases, you can make an exchange online by following the link in your order delivery confirmation email or signing into your MY GUCCI account and visiting your 'My Orders' section. Returned merchandise must meet the conditions and guidelines listed in the Online Return Policy in order to be accepted for an exchange. Exchanges made online are only applicable for a different size of the same item purchased and for equal or lesser value items.

Can I return an item that I bought online to a Gucci store?

Items purchased online may be returned, in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements, within 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty products) from the date of delivery, to any Gucci store in Canada (excluding Gucci outlet stores or department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.). Where can I return or exchange a Collect In-Store item?
We offer a 30 day return/exchange window in-store or by contacting Client Services. The return window starts on the day when your item was made available for collection.  
Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact.Please note, Made-to-order and personalized items are not returnable.
What is your return policy for items purchased in store?
Extended returns for the holiday season. Purchases made in-store from November 10 to December 25 will include extended complimentary returns until January 25.
 
Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.

Full price merchandise purchased at Outlet locations can be exchanged in any Gucci store in the United States (excluding department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.)
 
Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products. 
 
Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Outlet locations will only accept exchanges.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used. 

Orders purchased using Affirm are subject to the loan agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

HOW TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER OF MY WATCH
At Gucci we use a unique number to identify each watch, called a Serial Number, which consists of 8 numbers.

How can I request a repair of my Gucci watch?
If you wish to bring in your timepiece for repair, you can do so by choosing to drop off your timepiece at any Gucci store or authorized point of distribution found here or send in your timepiece via mail to one of our service centers. 
Please allow 2-4 weeks for our repair assessment and an additional 2–4 weeks for the repair. Once we have received the details of your repair request in our service center we will initiate the repair evaluation and a detailed repair charge estimate will be provided to you via email once the assessment has been completed. You will be notified about the estimated repair charge and you will provide your written approval to proceed before we initiate any next steps.

Does Gucci use sustainable materials and fabrics in its collections?

As part of our commitment to reduce our environmental impacts, we are focused on incorporating low-impact materials and promoting sustainable manufacturing processes for our collections, while still ensuring superior craftsmanship and quality. We source our raw materials in line with the Kering Standards & Guidance for sustainable production.

How is animal welfare and biodiversity protected?

GUCCI and Kering Group are committed to preserving and protecting biodiversity and the ecosystem functions and respecting animal welfare.

To ensure care and respect for animals in Kering’s supply chains, Kering has developed a Kering Animal Welfare Standards for the Group’s suppliers at farms and processing facilities. 

At the Group level, Kering also has a dedicated biodiversity strategy which Gucci aligns with.

Gucci launched various initiatives to help positively impact nature. The House protects and restores nature and biodiversity, while simultaneously reducing its greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental impacts. Since 2020, Gucci has been investing in regenerative agriculture, an important pillar in its nature-positive approach. 

Regenerative farming rebuilds and strengthens nature rather than depleting itand brings a whole host of other environmental and social advantages along with it. It helps protect and restore the biodiversity of plants and wildlife, eliminating the use of synthetic chemicals and improving animal welfare.

Does Gucci use real fur?

Supported by the Humane Society of the United States and by LAV, in 2017 with the Spring Summer 2018 Collection Gucci marked the ban of fur for all its products. What is Gucci’s stance on recycled and single-use plastic?

Gucci commits to reduce environmental impact and protect biodiversity through minimizing the use of plastic with the choice of more sustainable materials.

Other than complying with the Kering Group’s Standards for Raw Materials and Manufacturing, Gucci prioritizes the use of recycled plastic for its products.

One of the mandates Gucci signed through the Fashion Pact in 2019 is associated with plastic consumption and waste. Aiming to eliminate single-use plastics for packaging by 2030, single-use virgin plastic has been eliminated for all e-commerce and retail packaging. Any remaining plastic components come from recycled sources.

What is Gucci’s brand strategy about precious stones and metal sourcing?

Gucci is committed to sustainably source all precious stones and metal used for its products. To mitigate the environmental impact associated with the mining and extraction of virgin raw materials, the House is committed to maximizing the use of recycled precious metals for accessories’ hardware and jewelry by 2025.

Gucci purchases its gold through the Kering Responsible Gold Framework, an innovative way to source responsible and ethical gold, and is also a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), whose mission is to promote responsible, ethical, social and environmental best practices throughout the gold, platinum and diamond supply chains. 
Since 2015, all gold purchased by Gucci for jewelry has been certified under the RJC Chain of Custody certification scheme.

Does Gucci have a sustainability commitment on packaging use?

All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.

We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

Gucci’s vision for the future is to integrate the principles of circular economy into the design and creation process. Does Gucci offer animal-free products?

Gucci guarantees the highest standards of animal welfare and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Since the ban of fur in October 2017 (see answer to the F.A.Q. “Does Gucci use real fur?”), the animal-free offering has been increased using sustainable options, including a series of alternatives to leather like Demetra. This material  contains at least 70% of vegetable raw materials and from renewable sources (viscose, wood pulp, bio-based polyurethane) and is produced entirely in a Gucci factory in Italy using the same expertise and processes for tanning that give the material its pliable and resilient performance with a supple finish.. What is the Craft My Initials service?
It is Gucci's monogramming service on travel pieces which are exclusively available for order in store.
Which pieces is the service available on?
The service is available on select totes, duffles, and garment bags exclusively for order.
How does the service work?

You can order Craft My Initials totes, duffles, and garment bags in store with the assistance of a Client Advisor, and have your initials hand-painted onto the item's leather trims.

You may choose one color, one font size, one font style, and up to 3 letters for the initials. Punctuations, symbols, characters, other font sizes, styles, and colors are not available.

How long does it take?
It takes a minimum of 6 weeks for duffles and garment bags, and 8 weeks for totes, from the date of the order.
How do I collect my item?
It is shipped back to the store, and you will be contacted once it is ready for collection.
Can I return a Craft My Initials item?
Once the order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for an exchange or a refund. These items are final sale.

What is the short explanation of NFTs?

NFT stands for non-fungible token. Each token represents rights to a unique digital asset or collectible such as an avatar, wearable, skin or piece of digital art. You need a digital wallet and cryptocurrency or a digital currency in order to purchase one. Your cryptocurrency is managed by a special technology which is referred to as a blockchain—refer to question 5 in order to find out how to obtain your own NFT.

What is an NFT?

An NFT is a non-fungible token, the ownership of which is recorded on a blockchain and which is purchased using a digital wallet. You can think of the blockchain as a digital ledger of transactions that exists online, which ensures that each NFT has only one owner at any given time and keeps a record of the history of a token’s ownership. A smart contract is computer code that is associated with an NFT and runs on the blockchain. It is self-executing code which is used to create or “mint” the NFT and which controls the function and transfer of the NFT, and information regarding the terms of sale and resale of the NFT between the buyers and sellers, including any resale royalty. Each NFT is like an original piece of art or a specific instance of a signed series of numbered prints. While you can take a picture or buy a replica of a piece of art, each token has a unique ID and represents a specific instance of the digital work. This uniqueness creates provable scarcity which creates value for the NFT. Essentially, an NFT is associated with a digital asset and is purchased using a digital currency. These digital assets are most commonly unique items such as digital collectibles like avatars, wearables, skins or digital art, However, NFTs may also provide access to a community or project benefits.

What can I do with an NFT?

Once you have your NFT, you are 100% the owner of the token. Therefore, you can keep it, give it or trade it with others, just like a physical collectible. However, often there is only a limited license to the digital asset associated with the NFT and the creator(s) retain the intellectual property (including copyrights and trademarks) associated with the digital asset. The license specifies what you can and cannot do with the digital asset and the associated intellectual property. Often, the license provides the right to display the digital asset for personal, non-commercial use or to transfer the NFT to a third party on a secondary market. But the license terms can vary. It is important to read the license to understand what you can and cannot legally do with the digital asset and associated intellectual property.

What is a digital wallet and how do I get one?

A digital wallet is typically a piece of software that is used to transact with cryptocurrency and tokens. You don't actually store cryptocurrency or NFTs in your wallet. Each wallet has a unique wallet ID (referred to as a public key). Each NFT has a unique token ID. The blockchain records ownership of an NFT by associating its unique token ID with a unique wallet ID and storing that record on the blockchain. To buy or sell an NFT, the wallet owner must enter a private key (which is like a password) to authorize the transaction via the wallet. The public and private keys are cryptographically generated. With most digital wallets, you hold the keys and are in charge of your own assets. Your assets are only as safe as your private key, so it is advisable to back it up and not share it with anyone. Never give your Secret Recovery Phrase or your private key(s) to anyone or any site, unless you want them to have full control over your assets. To make the process of setting up a wallet user-friendly, there are many software wallets, such as Metamask, which equip you with a wallet address, key vault, secure login, and backup options to manage your digital assets securely. Metamask runs as a browser extension and/or mobile app, and you can be up and running in just a couple minutes. Learn more at Metamask .

How do I set up a Metamask wallet?

Open Google Chrome, Firefox or Brave on your computer and install the Metamask browser extension. Alternatively, download and install the Metamask App for iPhone or Android .
Open the app and choose “Create Wallet”. Create a username and password. Important: Make sure you safely record your Secret Recovery Phrase and store it somewhere secret and safe, as this is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose your device, or ever need to install it on another computer.

Why do I have to manage my own wallet?

We want to be sure that you can be the real owner of your NFTs, in the same way that you are the owner of physical Gucci items. This is why we want you to have your own wallet and feel comfortable controlling your own NFTs.

Can you tell me more about cryptocurrency?

Cryptocurrency is a digital currency or, more technically, a store of value that uses blockchain security to record and secure online transactions. Cryptocurrency can be used to buy goods and services. Most commonly, cryptocurrency is used to buy unique digital items such as digital collectibles like avatars, wearables, skins, or art, but more and more business are beginning to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. Cryptocurrency can be purchased with fiat currency (e.g., dollars) on various platforms. You should exercise caution and research in determining which kind of cryptocurrency to purchase because not all projects comply with various regulations. Ethereum (ETH) is a cryptocurrency that is accepted on the Gucci Vault.

How do I purchase ETH (Ethereum)?

You can purchase ETH through an online exchange such as Kraken, Coinbase or directly through Metamask. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to access your funds through Metamask or another compatible digital wallet to purchase an NFT. Please keep in mind that there are limits on how much you can buy and sell based on your account and the platform you are using.

Which are the most used blockchains and what is gas?

Ethereum is the most frequently used blockchain. It requires “gas” to use—you can think of this as being similar to a processing fee for each transaction. You must have enough ETH in your wallet for the cost of your purchase and the gas. The gas fee enables your transaction to be processed on this network and to be stored on the blockchain. The gas fee per transaction can fluctuate based on network supply and demand. You can set a gas limit as the maximum amount of gas you are willing to use on any given transaction. If the actual amount of gas needed turns out to be lower than the limit you specified, the remaining gas will be returned to you. But if your limit is too low, either your transaction will not be processed or the transaction will fail and you may lose that gas. When making your purchase, your wallet can facilitate the calculation of the estimated gas price to make the transaction. See here for more information on how Metamask estimates gas fees.

What is an NFT marketplace?

Following the end of the primary sales, your NFTs are automatically visible and tradeable on OpenSea – the leading open NFT marketplace - and potentially on other platforms. NFT marketplaces enable creators and collectors to buy, sell and create. After connecting your wallet, you can purchase, auction or sell a wide range of NFTs.

What does a Mint Pass do?

A Mint Pass grants holders the ability to mint an NFT from the 10KTF x GUCCI collection. This Mint Pass will come in the form of a Digital Magic Globe, gifted by the House to Wagmi-san and their respective communities. The Magic Globe is a single-use Mint Pass that will expire on March 18th at 11:55 PM PT.

What are the drop mechanics?

The drop will happen in 4 phases:
▪ Allowlist registration beginning on Mar 9th, 2022 at 10 AM PT and ending on March 11th, 2022 at 10 AM PT.
▪ Mint Pass Sale (Allowlist) – March 14th, 2022 at 10 AM PT.
▪ Mint Pass Sale (Reserve List) - March 15th (if applicable).
▪ Mint Pass Redemption – March 16th at 10 AM PT to March 18th at 11:59 PM PT.
▪ Final NFT Reveal – March 23rd

What are you able to mint using your Mint Pass?

Your Mint Pass will transform to a unique and personalized NFT envisioned by Gucci and carefully crafted by Wagmi-san.

How do I redeem my Mint Pass?

In order to redeem your Mint Pass you will need at least one Mint Pass and one NFT belonging to one of the NFT projects listed below (the “NFT Projects”). Once you redeem your Mint Pass, you’ll receive a placeholder while Wagmi-san is crafting your unique and personalized NFT, which will be revealed on March 23rd. You will then have to burn the Mint Pass in order to redeem. The NFT Projects include:

What if I do not redeem my Mint Pass in time?

Your Mint Pass will expire on March 18th, 2022 at 11:55 PM PT and will no longer be valid to redeem.

What if I decide not to redeem my Mint Pass during the Redemption Period?

You have the option to transfer or sell your Mint Pass during the Redemption Period, but it will expire on March 18th, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT and will no longer be valid.

Can I redeem multiple Mint Passes using the supported NFT Projects?

Up to two Mint Passes can be redeemed using each supported NFT Project.

What are the allowlists for the drop?

There are three allow lists: (1) a 10KTF Discord community allowlist; (2) a GUCCI Discord community allowlist; and (3) an NFT Projects allowlist Mint Passes are available to eligible participants via allowlist verification process powered by premint.xyz

When can I apply to be on an allowlist?

You can apply to be on an allowlist on 10KTF.com/shop on March 9th beginning at 10 AM PT and ending on March 11th at 10 AM PT.

Who qualifies to register for an allowlist?

There are few ways to qualify for the allowlists:
▪ Holders of 10KTF NFTs (excluding 10KTF Stockroom) who have held through the March 3rd, 2022 snapshot
▪ Members of the Gucci Discord community with the “Explorer” role
▪ Holders of any of the 10KTF supported NFT Projects
Once you've met at least one of the criteria above, you must successfully verify your wallet address, Twitter, and Discord via premint.xyz to register.

Does signing up for an allowlist guarantee that I will be offered a Mint Pass?

No. Allowlist signups will be gathered by premint.xyz, which will verify whether you’re eligible and make a blind determination on which eligible participant can purchase a Mint Pass on March 9th. Neither GUCCI nor 10KTF determine who will make it onto an allowlist. Even if you don’t make it onto an allowlist, you might still be able to purchase a Mint Pass if you make it onto the Reserve List. See below for details.

Is being on an allow list the only way to be eligible to get a Mint Pass?

Some Mint Passes will be made available in other ways. See below.

How many Mint Passes will be released?

A total of 5000 Mint Passes will be released:
▪ 950 passes will be given as community rewards
▪ 100 passes will be held for team members and friends of GUCCI and 10KTF
▪ 1000 will be held for 10KTF Discord community
▪ 1000 will be held for GUCCI Discord community
▪ 1950 will be held for NFT Project owners
▪ Any remaining Mint Passes may be placed on a Reserve List. (See below.)

How will the 1950 NFT Project allowlist will be allocated?

The 1950 PFP owners allowlist spots will be allocated pro rata based on the number of entries submitted to each of the 11 lists. For example, if 10% of the total entries are from the Bored Ape Yacht Club community, then 195 of the 1950 total allowlist spots will be given to that community.

How will I find out if I’ve made it onto an allowlist or the Reserve List?

After registration, you will be able to come back to 10ktf.com/shop on March 10th to find out if you’ve been placed on either list.

Can I register for more than one allowlist?

Each registered wallet address can only be granted one allowlist spot. You can register your wallet for different allowlists so long as you’re eligible to participate in the multiple allowlists. For example, if you’re a holder of a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT, and a holder of a 10KTF NFT (excluding 10KTF Stockroom), you can participate in each allowlist. Once a wallet address has been selected by premint.xyz, the address will be skipped if it is chosen again through its blind selection process.

What is the Reserve List?

After 3950 registrants are selected by premint.xyz for the allowlist, additional registrants may be selected for the Reserve List. If selected for the Reserve List, you will have a chance to purchase unclaimed Mint Passes on March 15th, 2022.

How much will the Mint Pass cost?

Each Mint Pass will cost 1 ETH.

How many Mint Passes can I buy?

One per wallet.

Which blockchain are these NFTs minted on?

The 10KTF x GUCCI NFTs are minted on the Ethereum blockchain.

Where can I purchase the Mint Pass?

All primary sales are conducted only through 10KTF.com/shop. Secondary sales will take place on Opensea or other secondary marketplaces.

What do I do if I own a supported NFT Project and really want a Mint Pass but did not make it to the allowlist?

Mint Pass holders have the option to sell or transfer their Mint Passes on secondary markets between March 14th - 18th. Neither 10KTF nor GUCCI is responsible, however, for any secondary sale activity and cannot guarantee you will be able to find Mint Passes once the primary sale concludes.

Do the 10KTF Gucci Grail items include additional utility?

The 10KTF Gucci Grail Mint Pass is a single-use Mint Pass and will offer no future benefit beyond access to the 10KTF Gucci Grailed NFT. However, in addition to owning a unique NFT crafted by Wagmisan and designed by Gucci, owning a 10KTF Gucci Grailed NFT may qualify you for future drops and/or utility included in the Vault and 10KTF roadmaps. Does SUPERGUCCI include a physical element as well as an NFT?

Yes, the opportunity to request a handcrafted ceramic statue is included with each NFT. For the first drop, anyone who had the Janky NFT in their wallet on June 17, 2022, were able to decide if they would like to claim a statue, or not. The physical element will continue to be optional for the second NFT drop.

What is the price of each SUPERGUCCI NFT?

On February 1, 2022, the first NFT drop featuring Janky was minted at 1.5 ETH. It can currently be purchased on secondary marketplaces such as OpenSea where prices vary. The second drop, featuring Guggimon, is airdropped for free to anyone who had an NFT from the first SUPERGUCCI drop.

How many SuperGucci NFT’s are being minted?  

500 NFTs were minted for both the first and second drops.
