How to Return or Exchange

Initiate a return or an exchange by selecting “Return this Item” in your MY GUCCI account, through your shipping confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor.
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or available for download in your MY GUCCI account.

Collect In Store Returns and Exchanges

For Collect in Store orders, returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days in-store or by contacting Client Services.
The return window begins on the date your item is made available for collection.
