Reference the return confirmation email for the attached shipping label or QR code.
Pack Your Item
Pack your item in its original packaging along with any accessories or booklets and with tags or labels still attached. For printed label returns, print the prepaid label and attach it to the package.
Drop Off Package at Nearest Shipping Center or Schedule Pickup
Follow the instructions in the return confirmation email to either call to schedule a pickup or to bring the package to the nearest shipping center.
For QR code returns, bring your package to nearest shipping center and print out the shipping label.
All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label or QR code are complimentary.

What happens next?
Merchandise returned to Gucci.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment. Please note that once a refund is processed by Gucci, it may take 10-15 business days for the funds to be available in your account. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
