The party for the new Gucci lipstick collections was held in a hidden New York club with a secret door.
Cloaked in richly textured décor that evokes the year it opened, in 1976, the private Doubles Club is found inside the Sherry-Netherland Hotel. Guests at the event included the contemporary faces of the campaign together with Gucci Creative Director Alessandro Michele. Musicians Zoë Bleu, Jeffertitti and Dani Miller—lead singer of the pink band Surfbort, who also appears in the advertising campaign—performed a DJ set and recorded the evening in a takeover on the Stories of @guccibeauty’s Instagram account.
