All products are eligible for free returns and exchanges. At the Gucci official online store, we carry out returns and exchanges free of charge (and we also cover the delivery fees) for products that meet the conditions as described below. Return and exchange conditions:
We may refuse exchanges/returns in any of the following cases.
1) 30 days have passed since delivery (If using a post box, delivery is defined as the date on which the order was delivered to the post box)
2) The exchange/returns tag has been removed or lost (some products only)
3) There are signs that the product has been used or tried on (wrinkles and creases, marks, smells, etc.)
